Silver Jubilee Dinner

On Tuesday 13th May nearly 120 choristers, partners and guests sat down to a fine dinner in the Masonic Hall, Newport to celebrate NPC’s Silver Jubilee since it evolved out of the National Eisteddfod choir in 1988. Past MDs Alun Guy (1988-1990) and Jeff Davies (1990-2008) joined Guy Harbottle for an evening of old and new favourites in a concert to celebrate NPC’s Silver Jubilee. Long-time friend of the choir, Mezzo Kate Woolveridge, provided solo highlights, with Martyn Jones switching accompanying and conducting roles with Guy as the programme moved on apace.
